Talent Database

Build and maintain mutiple management and non-management talent pools that tracks candidate profile (locations, skills etc), internal evaluations and interview scores. Set up global or private saved searches; receive email alerts when candidates match your saved seach; automatically suggest top candidates for jobs; designate yourself as candidate liaison; mark candidates as confidential (for your eyes only).

Talent Pool Categories

Select a combination of talent pool categories then click “Search”. Candidates that match ALL category selections are displayed.

  • Management Title: Candidates are asked to identify management titles for which they are qualified.
  • Evaluation: A rating entered by the recruiter or manager when interviewing or declining candidate.
  • Talent Pool: A candidate Management Title designation recommended by a recruiter. This is set by recruiters for candidates who have not applied via the normal workflow e.g. a user-entered candidate.
  • Interview Progress:  The progress made by a candidate through the recruiting workflow. In this case we are searching for candidates reaching at least the HR Pre-screen status.
  • Latest Interview Score:  The most recent interview score as designated by HR, Department or Final interview.

Saved Searches

Recruiters can select from a list of pre-canned saved searches from the drop-down list on the Seekers tab. You can edit the search parameters by selecting Refine this search and can save the new search using the Save this search button and the bottom of the screen. Note that you can also edit the display columns under the Refine this search link. Any job seeker profile, answer to job or application form question can by included in the search.

Suggest candidates for jobs

A 1-click search that matches candidates in your talent database to your new job listing based upon talent pool categories. This convenient mechanism finds the top matching candidates based upon interest and past recruiter evaluations. Quickly attach candidates of interest to your new job listing.

Find Top Applicants

Quickly find those applicants that have received high interview ratings. Reports are organized by department and includes Interview rating (Outstanding, Good) & Interview Progress (e.g. HR Interview, Offer etc). A similar report lists management candidates only. The latter includes a self-assessment of the Management Title(s) for which the candidate claims they are qualified when they register.

Similar to the TOP CANDIDATES REPORT, the TOP APPLICANTS REPORT lists top applicants based upon the recruiter recommended Management Title. This is provided by recruiters when they decline Outstanding & Good applicants who have applied to specific jobs.
