Store managers are notified as pre-screened resumes arrive, and can instantly review resumes; decline candidates; forward candidates for review; and schedule interviews.

In the example above, the manager sees a (!) legend indicating that 2 (yellow highlighted) candidates are marked as "Indiscriminate appliers". InnTrack workflow can be easily configured to automatically decline Indiscriminate appliers. Additional legends may be added to track additional pre-screening criteria.
