Take Pam’s story for example:

Fresh out of high school Pam joined our friendly team of receptionists as customer service support. Her dedication to the job and natural flair with people led her to very quickly be promoted to a manager trainee position within our customer interfacing team. Whilst undertaking our manager training Pam also started studying part time for a bachelor of communications. Being a people person and problem solver Pam made a great Manager- but she wanted something else!

So we presented Pam with a challenge she couldn’t resist. As regional team trainer Pam delivered programs to encourage that great customer service and professional can do attitude throughout our staff. Today Pam is working on her diploma in Marketing as she aims for the next step in her career ladder…

So what does Pam have to say about all this?
