Impromptu appointment entry

When appointments are confirmed outside of the automated process (e.g. applicant is on the phone with you), it’s easy to feed that information back to Appointment Booker and send a standard confirmation email to the applicant.

Shared calendar

Make it easy for affected parties to see the appointments scheduled, and to print out a list of appointments if required.
