Pipeline is a technique for volume hiring that works particularly well for store, branch or site hiring when a typical candidate might be a good potential fit for many similar or same positions at more than one location.

The Recruitment team creates the pipeline job, and then creates any child (dependant) jobs that relate to the pipeline (e.g. Pipeline job might be “Case Manager” and one of the child jobs “Case Manager – Newmarket”).

When the pipeline job is open, the candidates applyonly once to the pipeline.  When the Recruiter looks at their child job they will see that SnapHire has provided them with a view of candidates who are an initial match to their job.  The Recruiter can then review the pool of candidates matched and determine which ones they would like to actually add to their job to progress with.  In addition, the Recruiter can make decisions about candidates which apply to the complete pipeline – this is most beneficial in screening out candidates that will never be suitable for jobs in this pipeline.
