Flexible Category Model
Categories are at the heart of InnTrack. They are used to profile & search candidates; match jobs to candidates; send nightly job alerts; build talent pools, map external systems, organize employment content and generate custom reports. Just like DNA - you can tweak a category once, and the impact ripples effortlessly across the entire system. Categories come in 5 distinct flavors:
- Profile/Search agent
- Job seeker additional info
- Job seeker private info
- Internal candidate tracking
- Job specific
InnTrack is delivered with pre-packaged categories. You will add your departments and locations to profile categories, and you may decide to add new categories to track certain talent in your talent database. Your InnTrack account manager will work with you to align category (workflow and other setup) precisely with your organization.
